By joining Arxivers sense Fronteres (AsF) you will be part of an NGO made up of supportive archivists who work to protect the identity and historical memory of peoples and individuals, and you will help promote the democratization and modernization of institutions and entities around the world.
And if you are also willing to participate as a cooperator, you will have the opportunity to work and develop cooperation projects in the field of documentary heritage and archive management.
Individual membership card
If you are professionally engaged in the field of archival science or have an interest in documentary heritage and the field of archives, you can join AsF by filling out this form.
Institutional membership card
If you are an institution, company or similar and want to collaborate in the preservation of documentary heritage, you can join AsF by filling out this form.
Charitable companies
The private organizations (companies, foundations, professional associations, entities, etc.) can contribute to the work of AsF to guarantee the protection of the historical memory of peoples through the conservation, correct management and public access to archives, collaborating in various ways.
These contributions offer them the possibility of fulfilling their corporate social responsibility and return to society a part of the profits they have achieved with their economic activity, thus contributing to the common good, but at the same time it provides additional benefits to companies such as extra advertising of their activities, very focused on their potential customers, and a corporate image associated with solidarity and international cooperation projects.
Funding a project
AsF carries out cooperation projects in various archives around the world of great historical and social value that currently do not meet the appropriate conditions and are at risk of disappearing. These projects are our reason for being but we need the help of external contributions to carry them forward. Organizations can contribute by funding part of these projects.
Sponsoring an activity
AsF organizes specific awareness-raising activities throughout the year regarding documentary heritage and ongoing cooperation projects. Organizations can sponsor an activity and AsF will publicize this collaboration through multiple dissemination platforms (Web, Facebook, Twitter, posters, books, Newsletter, etc.) where the logo of the participating organization will always have a preferential place.
Transferring goods or services
Organizations can collaborate with us by donating goods and services. This way, AsF can reduce expenses and allocate more resources to cooperation projects and awareness-raising activities.

In addition to the periodic contribution as an individual or institutional member of AsF, individuals and private entities who wish can make donations or participate in the financing of any of our projects.

We are currently in the process of declaring ourselves a Public Utility Association., which will allow the possibility of offering all those people or companies that collaborate by making some financial contribution to AsF the relief of this contribution in the personal income tax return, for individuals, or from the Corporate Tax, for legal entities. The relief can be between 10% or 25% in the case of participation in activities aimed at the conservation of historical, artistic or linguistic heritage. Private entities that wish can make donations or participate in the financing of any of our projects.
